This is also the cheapest version of this you will find, even more so then if you tried to make it yourself, also much safer.
The ever so popular Sunflower Wall Decor. $37.00 from Umbra online store.It comes in white, hot pink ( " Think Pink" which i think urban carries) and Kiwi ( Kiwi and Think Pink are both translucent, sort of)
The brand also carries a lot of great tack boards and magnetic boards, as well as all sorts of display boxes and frames.
